ok here comes the recipe from -family circle - "baby & toddler food"
- BAKED CUSTARD - serves 2 -
1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar, - optional : few drops of vanilla essense - ground nutmeg ( i find it too strong for kids and myself... not use to nutmeg. can replace it with sweet coco powder)
1. preheat the oven to 180 c 2. whisk everything together - except coco powder. ( don't over beat) 3. pour into the ramekins or ovenproof dish - sprinkle with a little coco powder. 4. stand the ramekins in an oven tray, fill the tray with warm water to come to half way up the side of the dish. 5. bake for about 15-20 min (35-40 min for larger dish). when cooked, insert a knife and see the inside set. knife come out clean.

wah nice photo! posting recipe later under the comments. I thought coco powder might be a nice replacement for the nutmeg powder...
